SAN DIEGO, CA, June 11, 2011 (Press-News.org) Templates PMO launches a collection of 262 templates 100% based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK ) standard methodology from PMI. These tools are for PMP certified professionals, project management students, as wells as anybody who is managing a project that requires reliable tools. Templates PMO also serves as a great source for a quick look at the PMBOK structure.

According to Standish CHAOS reports, some of the reasons why projects fail are due to poorly constructed project plans, not document and track requirements, lack of visibility, lack of training, and inadequate or misused methods.

The 262 templates found at Templates PMO website can be easily modified to fit any business, and they are sold individually, by knowledge area or entire package.

"It doesn't matter the size of your company if you don't have a foundation for your projects," says Giana Rosetti, the founder of Templates PMO, "If you have a centralized place for forms and templates to facilitate your project management, its success rate will increase."

Templates PMO conveys the Project Management Office (PMO) approach, which is an organizational unit that serves as a source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution. IT companies were the first companies to begin using the PMO approach, but now, even advertising, health care, consulting, and many other industries are using it.
