Speedie Consultants: Learn How to Make Your Social Media Activity a Success

Internet marketing specialists Speedie Consultants are running a six week telephone based, interactive social media course to show businesses how to make their social media presence a success.

2011-06-12
KENT, ENGLAND, June 12, 2011 (Press-News.org) Internet marketing specialists Speedie Consultants are running a six week telephone based, interactive social media course to show businesses how to make their social media presence a success. Costing just GBP20 plus VAT per week (which includes a 30 minute live Q & A session), people can take part in all six weeks for GBP100 plus VAT (getting a week for free), or just pick and choose the social media platforms that interest them.

The courses will cover the following social media platforms, allowing people to get a comprehensive overview of each one, while learning how to maximise their business presence through it. The last course focuses on strategy, which will include how businesses can automate processes:

Week 1: Facebook Fan Pages and Facebook
Week 2: Twitter
Week 3: LinkedIn
Week 4: Youtube
Week 5: Blogs
Week 6: Strategy

Jason Hulott, Director from Speedie Consultants, comments: "Social media is one of the latest ways of marketing your business online. But with hundreds of options and opinions - where do you start? It can be extremely frustrating as you hear about other companies making social media work, yet you can't seem to get it working for you. At this point, you, just like lots of people, may give up and simply leave what you have started. This can be more damaging than not starting in the first place.

"That said... it really is too big a deal to ignore... with nearly 700 million Facebook users, over 100 million LinkedIn users and over 75 million Twitter users.

"These are big crowds which businesses should be looking to engage with. And with our courses giving you the knowledge you need, and a plan, there is nothing stopping you doing this yourself and building up a successful and profitable channel."

He adds that 87% of business people* use social media as part of their marketing strategy, which "reinforces our view that social media is good for business."

The first course starts 29 June, so you need to be quick! To find out more about our Courses, please visit the Training section of our website at:

Patient Safety in the Emergency Room

2011-06-12
Anyone can suffer an injury or experience an unexpected condition that requires immediate care. The pressure this creates in emergency rooms and other urgent care facilities is undeniable. Difficult decisions need to be made, and they need to be made quickly. This does not mean, however, that anything goes in the ER. Doctors and other medical professionals are still bound by established standards of care in how they treat patients. And if those standards are violated by emergency room errors, injured people and their families have a right to bring legal action for medical ...

Unfortunately, Rooney is not alone in this tragic situation. As he said to the Committee, ...

2011-06-12
When a family member has been largely excluded from or completely left out of a will, he or she may feel a desire to mount a legal challenge. This is most often true when the intentions expressed in the document do not meet the expectations of a son, daughter, grandchild, sibling or other person who had a significant relationship with the deceased. However, seeking to overturn a will that has been properly executed according to Florida law can be extremely difficult. In general, proper execution means that the testator signed the will in the presence of two witnesses, ...
