In the agreement, McCusker & Company will serve as the program manager for Universal Green Solutions' suite of commercial LED lighting systems. The warranty program allows commercial customers to extend the traditional 90 day parts and labor coverage for new lighting products for a total of five years from the date of purchase. The program will be administered by McCusker & Company's administration partners and underwriters.
