SOMERVILLE, NJ, June 15, 2011 (Press-News.org) On Saturday, June 25, internationally-recognized experts will discuss the latest in TS diagnosis, treatments and research. Individuals with TS, a chronic tic disorder, often present with a complex neuropsychiatric syndrome that can include obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and other behavioral problems. This presents diagnostic and treatment challenges for physicians and others who deal with these patients, such as behavioral health professionals and school personnel. This half-day program will help clarify some of the complexity around TS by providing the latest and most complete information available.
Registration deadline is June 20, 2011. To register, call 1-800-247-9580 or visit http://www.atlantichealth.org and click on Classes & Events. Click here for directions to Overlook Medical Center.
