SAN DIEGO, CA, September 17, 2010 (Press-News.org) Jackson Design & Remodeling (JDR), winner of the 2007 and 2009 BBB Torch Award for Business Ethics, is proud to announce that Design Team Leader Tatiana Machado-Rosas has been named to San Diego Metropolitan Magazine's "40 Under 40", an annual list of the 40 individuals under the age of 40 whose outstanding business and civic contributions are shaping the region's future.

Originally from Mexico City, Tatiana graduated from the Design Institute of San Diego with a BFA in Interior Design and has excelled in the field for over 15 years. As Jackson Design and Remodeling's Design Department Manager and Senior Designer, Tatiana leads an award-winning international design team, working closely with the CEO and other department heads to assure productive synergy with design development and company goals. With her unique ability to balance her natural artistic talent with a keen sense for smart business, Tatiana manages the design department for maximum efficiency and profitable production.
