MALAYSIA, June 17, 2011 (Press-News.org) The MTV World Stage Live in Malaysia event looks set to be a passionate and energetic affair now that 30 Seconds to Mars have confirmed they will appear.
Actor-turned-musician Jared Leto leads the LA band, with his brother Shannon Leto on percussion and Tomo Milicevic on guitar and keyboards.
The group have released three studio albums and achieved international success with powerful tracks such as The Kill (Bury Me) and Kings and Queens.
Joining them on the bill at MTV World Stage Live in Malaysia will be Pop Shuvit, the country's most famous hip-hop/rock band.
The concert will take place on July 24th 2011 at i-City in Shah Alam, with about 15,000 people expected to attend.
Another two bands are due to be added to the line-up, with the organisers revealing one will be from the US and the other from Korea.
Tickets can be won from MTV's purpose-built website. They are free, but people must take part in a competition to get their hands on passes.
