Guests who visit Mountain View Grand any weekend in October can get tickets to Six Gun City's Halloween Adventure Ghost Town Spooktacular, which offers haunted hay rides into the witches woods, a scary corn maze, a stroll through creepy Boot Hill and through an undertaker's house as well as kids' trick or treating. The Garner Chamber of Commerce has announced the finalists for the first-ever Summit Awards Honoring the Best in Business. The Summit Awards will be presented Sept. 30 at the Chamber's Annual Meeting and Banquet at the Grand Marquise Ballroom, with WTVD's Angela Hampton serving as emcee of the awards presentation.
