Arizona Insulating Products Help Homeowners Handle Rate Hikes

PHOENIX, AZ, June 24, 2011 (Press-News.org) The Arizona Public Service Co. (APS) plans to increase rates almost seven percent, notes Paul Kariniemi of Retrofoam, an Arizona insulating company. APS asked regulators to permit a price hike which they estimate will raise the average household's costs by $8.36 a month.
