Vaughn D. Moore is the a Senior Vice President, Area HR Manager, Global Operations and Technology at Citigroup. Vaughn is responsible for providing Human Resources support for 32,500 CitiMortgage Collections, Cards Customer Service/ Collections and CitiFinancial Personal Loans employees located in Fort Mills, SC, Greensboro, NC and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Under Vaughn's leadership, the annual employee engagement process has resulted in creation of business-unit action teams, increased participation, higher overall engagement scores and diversity index. Vaughn leverages his experience in 's expertise in human capital analysis through leadership consultation, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and overall leadership development, were key drivers to contributeing to the overall success of the employee engagement process.
Prior to his current role, Vaughn was Senior Vice President & Senior HR Business Partner to the Finance and Audit Divisions. In this role, Vaughn led teams that provide talent acquisition, succession management, compensation, performance management, diversity and effective employee relations support. A key accomplishment was the efficiency improvement of through global off shoring & outsourcing resulting in a savings of $28 million.
Vaughn is a diversified leader, holding roles as Senior Vice President of EEO Compliance, Vice President of Employee Relations, Assistant Vice President & Employee Relations Consultant, Director of Field Employment, and Training and Development Leader.
