Dollar Tree Signs Lease at Doheny Village Center in Capistrano Beach, CA

LAGUNA HILLS, CA, September 18, 2010 (Press-News.org) Parker & Associates, Inc., a seasoned boutique retail brokerage company, is proud to announce that Dollar Tree has signed a lease at Doheny Village Center. Dan Parker, president of Parker & Associates, Inc. represented the landlord in negotiations for the 12,123 sq ft anchor space at 34131 Doheny Park Road, Capistrano Beach, CA 92624. John Beaney of Studley represented the tenant.

The new Dollar Tree space will be created by splitting the former Stats Floral Supply into two spaces. The remaining 14,377 sq ft of vacant space is currently under negotiation and Dan Parker hopes to have the deal finalized shortly.

"Dollar Tree is an excellent tenant and we look forward to their presence in Doheny Village Center," said Parker.
