Teertha Gupta, from 4 Paper Buildings in London and voted 'Family Junior Barrister of the Year' is an expert in his field with considerable experience in international child abductions, forced marriages, stranded spouses and jurisdictional complications such as international surrogacy and adoption. He has been selected to give a training session at the Sandy Park Conference Centre in Exeter on the 19th July 2011 between 2.30pm & 5pm.
Topics such as abduction, international adoption, leave to remove, enforcement abroad and the forced marriage act will be discussed and Mr Gupta will train participants on what to include in reports.
Mr Gupta represents both children and adults at the High Court and has made oral submissions to the Court of Appeal, The House of Lords and the European Court of Justice. He has also represented the charities "The Centre for Family Law and Practice" and "Reunite International Child Abduction Centre".
