Than specializes in buying, rehabilitating, selling and leasing investment properties in urban and suburban neighborhoods. Than is a current star on "Flip This House", a popular reality show on the A&E Network that showcases what goes on behind the house flipping industry. Than currently wholesales over 50 properties a year.

Than Merrill will teach attendees of this seminar: the best ways to find deals at discounted prices; marketing strategies attendees can put to use right away; how to attract qualified buyers with great credit scores; top strategies for finding buyers on the internet; which marketing strategies work and which strategies are a waste of time; how to pre-screen leads and evaluate deals in 10 minutes; how to build a business that will run itself; technology that can match buyers with sellers; and much more.
