"Mark is a quick, smart and compelling trial lawyer," wrote Bob Mow, a partner at K&L Gates in Dallas, in a profile of Werbner published in DBA Headnotes. "He has a winning smile for the honest witness and a drop-dead cross-examination for his adversaries. These skills have put Mark at the very top of the trial lawyers in this country."
Werbner recently was featured as one of the "Best Lawyers in Dallas" in D Magazine and routinely is named in the Texas Super Lawyers listing in Texas Monthly magazine. He has been recognized as one of the state's top five commercial litigation attorneys by Texas Lawyer, among the top five corporate litigators in Dallas by D CEO, and one of the city's top five defense attorneys by the Dallas Business Journal.
Werbner earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law in 1978, and received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas.
