SANTA ANA, CA, July 07, 2011 (Press-News.org) Wayne Pinnell, managing partner at Haskell & White LLP, has been elected president of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Ana. As president, Pinnell will oversee fundraising efforts for the Santa Ana chapter, which recently earned a 4-Star Rating from Charity Navigator for sound fiscal management.
The Boys & Girls Club of Santa Ana offers academic, physical fitness and life skills programs to children in need. The 31-member Board ensures that the organization runs effectively and efficiently, while forming valuable relationships with partners and investors throughout Orange County.
"Haskell & White continues to be committed to spending our time and sharing our expertise with a variety of non-profit organizations in Orange County. The Boys & Girls Club of Santa Ana is doing critical work in our community and I'm proud to be able to steer the Board at a time when these services are needed more than ever," said Pinnell, who has served on the Board for the past seven years and most recently held a three-year stint as vice president.
