Sales Strong at Pardee Homes' Terramar at Torrey Highlands; Last Two Phase Releases Approaching
2011-07-10
SAN DIEGO, CA, July 10, 2011 (Press-News.org) With just two more phase releases left, Terramar by Pardee Homes continues to have strong sales and good traffic. Two recent phase releases resulted in nine reservations on the day of release by home shoppers who have waited to make their move to get one of the more desirable cul-de-sac homes sites.

"This neighborhood continues to amaze us," said Rachel Collins, director of sales for Pardee Homes. "Sales have been consistent since day one, and we have done very little advertising or promotion to attract buyers. The location is excellent---close to Westview High School, convenient shopping and freeway close, and the floor plans are also a big draw with their eco-friendly features and options. Terramar appeals to those energy-conscious buyers seeking a beautiful, quality built home with a number of desirable included features such as granite kitchen countertops, gleaming stainless steel appliances, air conditioning and a three-bay garage."

Priced from the mid $700,000s, Terramar includes three stylish, two-story floor plans with four to six bedrooms, three to three and one-half baths and approximately 2,597 to 3,277 square feet. A variety of room options are available, including dens, guest suites, lofts and bonus rooms.

The versatile Plan 1 home features great room living with a spacious kitchen with a preparation island and eating nook. Plan 2 has a family room and formal living room, downstairs bedroom with a full bath and a large, welcoming entry with vaulted ceilings. The expansive Plan 3 home includes a formal living room, a large family room, downstairs bedroom or optional guest suite, second floor bonus room and classic front porch entry. All three plans have either a family room or great room fireplace with a built-in, pre-cast mantle.

Terramar also includes Pardee's exclusive LivingSmart package of energy saving features and options. Buyers can add such options as photovoltaic systems for in-home solar power, whole house water filtration, and tankless water heaters.

"Terramar has been designed for today's environmentally-conscious homebuyers by incorporating an array of included and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, help reduce water consumption and improve indoor air quality in a new home," said Matt Sauls, regional director of marketing for Pardee Homes. "Our LivingSmart brand offers added value to the homes at Terramar, providing homeowners with lower energy and water bills, healthier indoor air, greater indoor comfort and better resale value. With LivingSmart, energy efficiency exceeds California's Title 24 criteria. Water-thrifty appliances, plumbing and the use of low VOC (volatile organic compound) materials are among the LivingSmart standards."

Terramar is located just north of SR 56 and is currently served by schools in the highly rated Poway Unified School District including Westview High School, Mesa Verde Middle School and Adobe Bluffs.

To visit Terramar from I-5 or I-15, take SR 56 and exit at Camino Del Sur; go north to Fallhaven Road and turn right. For more information call (858) 240-6282 or visit www.pardeehomes.com.
