TRUMBULL, CT, July 10, 2011 (Press-News.org) Kevin Wenig CPA, the technologically enhanced CPA team, has created a new iPhone app for smartphone users to capture receipts, enabling them to instantly send an IRS approved copy to their accountant to be filed at the end of the tax year. This electronic record can then be used by the accounting team to ensure the client obtains the deductions they are entitled to, potentially saving thousands of dollars per tax year. The TaxVault app is now available for $2.99 in the Apple App Store.
TaxVault uses the camera and instant connectivity provided by the iPhone to allow the user to capture and transmit an IRS approved copy of any paper receipt. The transmitted images can be sent to the email inbox of any accountant or accounting team to be sorted and stored for future use. An intimate knowledge of US tax laws and requirements have enabled the WenigCPA team to create a useful and efficient method for clients to capture and keep every receipt they encounter during their tax year. No more lost or mangled receipts. No more unrealized tax deductions.
The app works flawlessly and is brilliant in its simplicity. When a client wants a virtual copy of the receipt, they need only open the app, click the "acquire image" button, and use the camera feature to take a clear image of the receipt. The image is then instantly transmitted to the appropriate accounting team; TaxVault can be configured to send to any specified accountant, all that is required is a valid email address. Once the image has been transmitted, the client can shred the paper receipt.
Kevin Wenig CPA provides small and medium sized business clients throughout the USA with an Offsite Finance Department; an online team of tax, accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping professionals. The Wenig team has a solid reputation for creating tools to satisfy the needs of their clients, including the development of a complete software platform, designed specifically to increase efficiencies while minimizing expenses. In addition, the WenigCPA team stores each customer's data on secure servers online, providing easy access to the customer's information, no matter where the customer is accessing it from.
