New Jersey RV Dealers Host Second Annual Show

Choices and bargains will abound at the October show

2011-07-12
LAKEWOOD, NJ, July 12, 2011 (Press-News.org) After the inaugural NJRVDA Fall RV Expo exceeded attendance and sales forecasts, the New Jersey RV Dealers will host their second Annual Fall RV Expo at the First Energy Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies affiliate Lakewood Blue Claws, once again October 7 through October 9, 2011.

The NJRVDA discovered that in today's economy, power in numbers is the way to go with RV shows. With an increased awareness and budget, this association is determined to make this event the best of its kind on the East Coast. Association president Walter Hynes states that the opportunity to offer a true value to families to attend an RV show at a nominal admission price simply makes sense.

"We are not in the trade show business; therefore we want to promote the RV business in the same manner as we sell our products. They are the most cost-efficient, and they offer safe vacations for families," says Hynes. With airline prices, fees and hotel nightmare stories daily in the press, that argument is valid.

"Consumers want to see, touch and price many brands before they purchase, and this show will offer that, with over 300 models in one location," Hynes explains.

"Our manufacturers are motivated by increased production orders from dealers, and each dealer has worked closely with these RV companies to keep the lines moving and, in turn, offer the buying public great value for their money," adds Tim Waters, NJRVDA vice president.

The amazing fact is the RV industry offers more bang for the buck than ever before. With new engineering and technology, today's RVs are more affordable than ever. When you factor in that current bank interest rates are at modern-day lows, these rolling vacation homes truly fit any family budget.

This year's event will feature many lightweight towables, including fold-down campers, travel trailers, fifth wheels, van campers, class C, Class A's -- both gas and diesel-- from all the major manufacturers. Also on hand will be increased numbers of booth vendors with campground information, insurance, tow vehicles and many other products. Parts and accessory stores will offer customers great bargains at the show, as well.

"Our goal is to double both attendance and sales this year by offering the most reasonably priced admission and best bargains available," adds Hynes. "The feedback from consumers after last year was rewarding, and now we know that we can compete with ANY show in the region," he concludes.

The NJRVDA will once again use Dan Ball of D.P. Ball Advertising to advise and handle the advertising for this event.

First Energy Park is located on Stadium Way in Lakewood, Ocean County, New Jersey, which is close to the Garden State Parkway, only an hour from New York and Philadelphia, and 45 minutes from Atlantic City.
