COLUMBUS, OH, July 25, 2011 (Press-News.org) After Baby Boot Camp (ABBC) is a fun, efficient and effective way to lose those extra "baby weight" pounds that still haunt you every time you look in the mirror. At ABBC you will get toned, trim, stronger, fitter and healthier with baby in toe. What could be better than that? As a personal trainer, mom & fitness enthusiast, Nancy has designed this workout specifically with you in mind. She holds pre/post natal exercise certifications so that you can rest assured the workouts are safe and effective. She also holds certification in nutrition fundamentals, kickboxing and group fitness.
After Baby Boot Camp is a total body-conditioning program for you with your baby (newborn to crawling). All workouts vary but always include cardio, strength, flexibility and core. Every participant will receive a FREE pre-boot camp body assessment so that your progress can be monitored and tracked.
All fitness levels are welcome and all women are welcome whether you have a baby or not.
Due to the enormous sucess of Bridal Boot Camp and Better Body Boot Camp, Nancy is launching this new and exciting exercise program for Columbus moms and their babies.
Classes will begin the first of September and run Monday & Wednesday mornings from
9:30 - 10:30 am in four week sessions at a Gahanna Fitness Studio.
Cost is $100 for 8 classes, but Nancy is offering a special of $80 for the first session if you sign up by August 25th.
If group fitness isn't for you, Nancy also offers individual, buddy or small group personal training in Bexley.
