Mungo Design sees incredible SEO results for Interior Design Firma Casa Forma

When Casa Forma approached Mungo design 6 months ago to run their SEO campaign they were nowhere in the search engine results pages. "When we started Casa Forma's campaign, they were around position 500 in Google and in just 6 months are now top position on page 1. " says Alex Mungo (owner of Mungo Design). Organic SEO involves two simple but effective processes:
1. First enabling the web page to be seen by Google based on agreed keywords (onsite).
2. Ranking the website as high as possible so that Google deems that website important enough to position it above its competitors (offsite).

Usually the first method involves optimising the pages. This is quite straight forward for HTML websites however when dealing with interior designers' websites which usually utilise flash technology to help improve look and feel, then SEO becomes that much more of a challenge to do. Casa Forma's website is built totally in flash which posed extra challenges for the onsite optimisation as there is little or no content on any of the pages that Google can "grab hold of". With no keyword density the onsite relied totally on title tags and any footers that could contain inbound links which sat outside the flash movie.

The second method of ranking Casa Forma's website as high as possible then became the main method and work involved to improve positioning and ranking in the search engines. "When we started our SEO for Casa Forma they already had a Page Rank of 4, which is great. This was due partly to the online exposure they got from Faiza Seth and Luigi Esposito (Director) who had both been featured in many of the top online magazines including The Guardian, all of which have high page ranks." adds Alex Mungo. Through a link building campaign that involves press releases, blogs, forums and directory listing Mungo design were then able to target the four keywords more effectively and efficiently taking Casa Forma's website to the top of Google.
