MADRID, SPAIN, July 29, 2011 (Press-News.org) Madrid is set to welcome back the hit Mayumana show Momentum in August for a three-week run.
The Spanish capital staged the world premiere of the production in 2008 and the success it has enjoyed across the globe since then has allowed it to secure another series of performances.
From August 16th to September 4th 2011, the Mayumana team will once again leave audiences spellbound with a stunning combination of contemporary dance, compelling theatrics and catchy songs.
"Ever since its creation in 1996, the company has specialised in imaginative percussion produced with unexpected objects obtained through recycling or by changing the context of things that would make nothing more than noise in other people's hands," explained official tourism site esMadrid in a statement.
Momentum, which is essentially a show about the concept of time, was created by Eylon Nuphar and Boaz Berman together with a group of consultants.
Tickets start from EUR21.50 (GBP19) and are available online and at the box office.
The shows are taking place at the Teatro Coliseum, which can be reached by travelling on the Metro to Plaza de Espana.
If performing arts enthusiasts are keen to find Madrid hotels, they could use LateRooms.com to browse a wide selection of options, such as the Westin Palace Madrid.
More information about the show is available at http://www.mayumana.com/momentum/En/.
