Aptcor Commercial Realtors has Completed a Sale of a Tequila Joes Restaurant!

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA, July 29, 2011 (Press-News.org) Aptcor Commercial Realtors, Inc., the region's most efficient boutique, premier full service real estate Company, has brokered the Sale of Tequila Joe's Restaurant, representing the seller and buyer in this transaction.

The Deal: Per listing agent Jack W. Intrator CPM, RAM, ARM, Vice President of Aptcor: We had this commercial property on the market for five month. We recently received an Agreement of Sale with no mortgage contingencies and a short sale needed to be facilitated between several banks and lien holders. This was a very hard deal to make but that is what we do, we work through all of the hurtles and get the job done. We did after a huge amount of negotiation between all the many parties to this deal.
When I think of a deal like this I think of The Charge of the Light Brigade, The parallels of Tennyson's poem, "The Charge of the Light Brigade," and the process of negotiating a restaurant short sale are many. One could say orchestrating a commercial short sale warrants the same bravado as Tennyson's Light Brigade given the complexities of such deals.

Each stanza of Tennyson's poem tells a different part of the story, and there is a delicate balance between nobility and brutality throughout. Although Tennyson's subject is the nobleness of supporting one's country, and the poem's tone is rousing, it pulls no punches about the horror of war: "cannon to right of them, cannon to left of them, cannon in front of them, volley'd and thunder'd".
