Specialty Answering Service Offers Day Care for Employees

Specialty Answering Service has decided to offer a 24/7day care service for employees. Specialty understands that child care can be expensive, and stressful. You will no longer have to worry about finding a babysitter.

2011-08-06
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA, August 06, 2011 (Press-News.org) Specialty Answering Service is now offering day care options for full time employees. Because the company offers 24 hour messaging and call services for clients in North American and Europe, there is a multitude of shifts that need to be covered at all times. As the economy slowly recovers from the recent recession, people have a desire to work more hours while also being able to conserve expenditures.

Specialty Answering Service understands that child care can be expensive and the cost quickly adds up over time. This can lead to stressed workers that are constantly missing work or having a hard time finding reliable care for their children. Nothing beats the importance of family and a happy worker leads to reliable, strong work. The worry of wondering how to make it to work because the babysitter did not show up will be a thing of the past.

The implementation of a day care center around the workplace is still being looked into but Specialty is offering a reimbursement program, payroll deduction, and tax deductable child care coupons to help cover the reasonable cost of daycare facilities. Employees that already have a regular baby sitter or nanny are not excluded from the new benefits. Child care forms must be completed before any claims can be made and a cap is placed on the amount that can be reimbursed monthly for either sitters or centers.

As more services are covered by the workplace, employees are missing less days from work and are able to spend more time focusing on calls while at work. This arrangement also reduces scheduling conflicts between parents and/or sitters because new options are now accessible where they may not have been before.

Specialty Answering Service is a call center service and live phone answering service. For more information regarding the company, please call 1-888-532-4794 or visit http://www.specialtyansweringservice.net
