Educate Yourself in the Unique Techniques of Operational Marketing

CMS Solutions now offers Power Learning Classes that aim to empower St. Louis businesspeople with the skills to implement Operational Marketing Strategies.

2011-08-19
ST. LOUIS, MO, August 19, 2011 (Press-News.org) CMS Solutions is now offering Power Learning Classes intended to arm people in marketing and sales positions with the skills to implement Operational Marketing Strategies, which includes the following departments:

• Call System (Tele-Prospecting)
• Database Management
• Email Marketing
• Sales Support
• Video Production
• Social Media Optimization

CMS integrates all the above departments and more to bring Operational Marketing to life. Unlike traditional marketing companies, CMS takes a proactive approach when cultivating and generating leads. This methodology of using proven metrics and tracking methods has allowed CMS to maintain a healthy growth rate despite a tumultuous economy.

Basically, Operational Marketing is defined as having the following 4 components:

1) Measurable
2) Behavior-Driven
3) Proactive approach
4) Integrates with other tactics

"Businesses often just throw money at marketing initiatives without much of a roadmap. This means they are focusing on tactics rather than strategies, and strategies are what make a difference in your marketing ROI. CMS Solutions will help class attendees learn how to integrate their marketing tactics and make them a strategy that is both operational and measurable," said Harriet Schneider, CMS Solutions Marketing Director.

Classes are being offered in the following subject areas: Social Media Optimization (SMO) and eNewsletter Services (Future classes will include Database Support, and Sales Process Consulting). The first class being offered is the SMO class on August 23. The class will be offered in morning (8:30-12:30) and afternoon (1-5) sessions, with either a complimentary breakfast or a box lunch, respectively.

Upon the completion of any Power Learning class, attendees will walk out with new tactics to implement or the knowledge that they need outsource assistance to put these theories to practice. They will receive one-on-one coaching as well as advice about how to integrate social media marketing and eNewsletter services into their everyday business operations.

Classes will be held at CMS Solutions offices at 2055 Walton Road in St. Louis, MO, and will be limited to six attendees so that everybody can receive proper individual attention. Bring your laptop and make this a powerful workshop.

"Despite the economy, shortage of resources (both money and people) and the competition, you can take control of your own business destiny. Our operational proactive approach could be the difference in your success. There are many things outside of our control, but there are also many things within our control. We focus on those things and believe it makes the difference in success or failure to thrive. We look forward to helping educate business people in the St. Louis area. We strongly believe that our methods work, and we look forward to sharing our knowledge," Harriet said.

Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, CMS Solutions helps businesses of any type or size become more profitable and efficient using operational marketing strategies. By focusing exclusively on processes and tactics that deliver the quickest return on your marketing dollars, our Call System, eMarketing, Database, Sales, and Consulting services have a direct and immediate impact on your bottom line. Affordable. Sustainable. Operational. That's the POWER of CMS.
