Atlanta Moving Company Coast 2 Coast Moving & Storage Takes Steps to Go Green
2010-09-22
ATLANTA, GA, September 22, 2010 (Press-News.org) Coast 2 Coast Moving & Storage, one of the leading moving companies in the Southeast, is taking steps to "green" its Atlanta moving headquarters. The Atlanta moving company regards these eco-friendly changes as both environmentally responsible and economically smart, and encourages other businesses and homeowners to consider taking similar steps to reduce their impact on the environment.

Many people mistakenly believe that the only way to "go green" is to make drastic changes or spend a lot of money. However, the Atlanta movers at Coast 2 Coast Moving & Storage have shown that this does not have to be the case.

"There are so many small things you can do that still make a difference," explains Sharon Brown, Atlanta moving consultant at Coast 2 Coast Moving & Storage. "For example, we've switched all of our light bulbs to energy-efficient compact fluorescent bulbs. They're not expensive, anyone can do this. They last longer than normal bulbs and use less energy, so they are also saving us money."

The Atlanta movers also suggest switching some services, such as banking and utilities, to paperless options. "We still provide our clients with paper records and documents, for their convenience," continues Brown, "but we have switched many of our own business records to paperless. Limiting our use of paper reduces our impact on the environment, and it also reduces clutter and time spent filing here in our offices."

Atlanta moving company Coast 2 Coast Moving & Storage has built its business on a commitment of responsibility to its clients. Laying the groundwork for continued success, the Atlanta movers have extended this commitment to include environmental responsibility, and encourage others to do the same.
