This season, as you and your family vacation in Crawford, Erie, Mercer or Venango Counties in Pennsylvania's Great Lakes Region, why not record some of your experiences and memories for a chance to win $1,000?Pennsylvania's Great Lakes Region invites you to shoot and edit a two to three minute video of your adventures in Crawford, Erie, Mercer or Venango County, or all four. Whether you visit the wineries of Erie County, fish in Crawford County, go shopping in Mercer County, or learn about the rich history of Venango County, we want to see it. Share your memories and enter to win $1,000.
The contest runs from August 1 to October 31, 2011. One winner will be chosen by December 5, 2011 to receive $1,000 cash. No purchase is necessary, and there is no entry fee. To enter, go to pagreatlakes.com/contest for full contest details and submission instructions.
All submissions will be posted on the PA Great Lakes Region web site, and the winner will be chosen by popular vote. The video can be produced with a fancy video camera or simple cell phone; it can include actors, little brothers or trained pets. Be creative and have fun.
