Mr. Rakovich will be responsible for the company's operations including end-to-end management of Underground Elephant's sales activities, traffic generation, conversion optimization, and technology development.

Before joining Underground Elephant, Mr. Rakovich was CEO and Founder of Clicks and Clients Inc. a rapidly growing SEM firm. Due to the company's quality and rapid growth, it achieved Google Adwords' "Qualified Status" in just three months of operation. Clicks and Clients Inc. handles online traffic generation for both online and brick and mortar companies. At the company, Mr. Rakovich landed several Fortune500 clients for the company by providing a complete end-to-end solutions of traffic generation, conversion optimization and overall marketing strategies. Previous to creating Clicks and Clients Inc. Mr. Rakovich spent several years running and optimizing successful e-commerce websites. It was during this time his success was recognized by Perry Marshall, the Adwords Expert, who invited Paul to become a recommended consultant of his.
