Dan Parker and Braden Parker of Parker & Associates, Inc. represented the tenant in negotiations for the 3,000 sq ft space adjacent to the Iris Fountain at 879 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660. Fashion Island is owned by the Irvine Company.
One of Fashion Island's original tenants when the shopping center opened in 1967, Russo's Pet Experience has gained an additional 800 sq ft from its previous location. "This will be a bigger and better Russo's Pet Experience," said Dan DiGiacomo, who owns the store with his wife, Karen. "We will have a broader assortment of many products, and the grooming service will be valuable to guests who can enjoy shopping or dining at Fashion Island while their dog is groomed."
Russo's Pet Experience has been family owned and operated for over 30 years, selling high quality products and pets. In addition to puppies and kittens, the store also offers fish, birds, and other small animals. "Russo's is such an interactive store, and am happy that we were able to keep them in Fashion Island, where it continues to be extremely popular and a fun place to visit," commented Dan Parker.
