Mr. John Redesigns Website for Portable Toilets

Mr. John, a portable restroom company based out of New Jersey, is pleased to announce the launch of their updated website, which offers both upgrades of existing features and the introduction of new services and a sleek user-friendly format.

2011-10-06
KEASBEY, NJ, October 05, 2011 (Press-News.org) Mr. John, a portable restroom company based out of New Jersey, is pleased to announce the launch of their updated website. The address is still the same; www. mrjohn.com, but the content is all new. The reworked site offers both upgrades of existing features and the introduction of new services and a sleek user-friendly format.

Instant porta potty price quotes, product literature downloads, and Live Chat, where a representative can field questions from potential customers, are all returning components that were successful on the former site. The interface has been revamped to provide easier navigation, and allows visitors to the site to find the portable toilet information they are looking for faster, and more efficiently than ever.

In addition to updates of existing features, several new services are making their debut. Potential customers can now take a virtual tour of some of the upscale restroom trailers using video footage and flash player. These tours provide a much better sense of each bathroom trailer's characteristics, compared to looking at photographs. More informed decision making ensures the customer chooses the right restroom to suit their needs.

The 'Tips and Advice' section provides a forum where staff offer suggestions to customers, such as proper care of temporary restrooms during the frigid winter months. The 'Latest News' keeps everyone up to date on Mr. John's work with non-profits organizations like Habitat for Humanity, major projects both upcoming and underway, appearances in the media, and involvement with important events such as Hurricane Irene.

Many of the images used on the new site are from the on-going "Meet Mr. John" campaign. In this program, people are encouraged to submit pictures of themselves posing with the portable restrooms. If their image is chosen to be featured on the site, they will receive a free t-shirt.

"The latest versions of our web sites signal the beginning of exciting new times for us," explains Mr. John Marketing Director Viola Sarkantyus, "We are not only making sure that we keep up with emerging technology, but we are embracing it and using it to connect with our customers like never before."

The emerging technology Ms. Sarkantyus refers to includes not only the interactive features already mentioned but social media outlets. MrJohn.com includes links to the company's Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts, as well as an RSS feed.

Mr. John / Russell Reid is the region's leading provider of portable toilets and other temporary restroom related equipment including single toilet units, restroom trailers, holding tanks, component based fresh water restroom systems, water tanks, sinks and related services. Other available services include jet-vac services, cleaning of sanitary/sewer lines and catch basins, video pipe inspection and more. We service NJ, Metro NY, Long Island, Eastern PA and Northern DE from 7 branch locations
