3rd International forum on renewable energy and energy efficiency (REF-2011) will be held on 17-18th October, 2011 in Kyiv (Intercontinental Hotel). The organizer of the Forum is the Renewable Energy Center Fuel Alternative; co-organizer is the Association of the Alternative Types of Fuel and Energy Participants of Ukraine, with a support of the European Small Hydropower Association (ESHA), Solar Power Industry Association of Germany (BSW-Solar) and others.

Official support to the Forum is provided by the Supreme Council of Ukraine Committee on the issues of energy industry, Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, State Agency on the issues of energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine, State Agency on ecological investments of Ukraine.
