CHANDLER, AZ, October 19, 2011 (Press-News.org) Diamond Integrity Group, a private equity firm based in Chandler, AZ announced today the acquisition of Prominence Productions, LLC, an event production company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Joseph C. Compton, chairman of Diamond Integrity Group, said, "The acquisition expands our reach into a new service market and it fits into our growth strategy model." He added, "Prominence's commitment to integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction, sealed the deal."
Prominence Productions has expertise on all levels of event planning and a solid reputation of consistently producing peerless events. Their diverse projects range from small corporate events to large community events in addition to celebrity procurement.
"We look forward to our new future with Prominence Productions' as we work together to create new unforgettable events," said Compton.
Prominence Productions is Diamond Integrity Group's second acquisition, the first was Chandler West Management a company specialized in commercial real estate management and acquisitions.
