SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA, October 22, 2011 (Press-News.org) Visitors to Seoul still have time to catch My Way, an exhibition of art by Jean-Michel Othoniel that is currently taking place at the Plateau art gallery.

The exhibition has been organised with support from the Centre Pompidou and Institut Francais and began in September 2011, with visitors able to see the show until November 27th.

My Way is a mid-career retrospective to the leading French artist, whose work includes sculptures and installations created using glass and other materials.

His art has explored a diverse range of different topics over the years, including the philosophy of existence, themes of sexual identity and the artist's own suffering, creating a uniquely thought-provoking experience.

The My Way exhibition is designed to trace the path of Othoniel's career over the last 25 years, with a photo archive also on display that showcases his personal life and inspirations.

Plateau is located on the first floor of Seoul's Samsung Life Insurance Building and was formerly known as the Rodin Gallery, thanks to its permanent display of Rodin masterpieces.

Opening hours are between 10:00 and 18:00 local time from Tuesdays to Sundays, with last entrance at 17:30.
