DAYTONA BEACH, FL, October 22, 2011 (Press-News.org) Harvey E Morse, President of Locaters International, Inc., the areas longest established private investigative agency, is proud to announce that the firm's Vice President, Ari S. Morse, was recently presented with the "John M. Russi Award of Excellence" by the Florida Board of Certified Investigators. The award was presented at the annual litigation and training conference of the Florida Association of Private Investigators in Orlando, Fl. Ari was a Past President.

The John M. Russi Award of Excellence is to acknowledge and recognize those who exemplify a steadfast commitment to excellence and education in the investigative profession. This award is given to a licensed investigator who has promoted awareness of education, has demonstrated leadership within the investigative profession, has contributed to the progression and furtherance of investigative standards and educational training, including industry standards and professional ethics.

Ari Morse concentrates his investigative skills on complex genealogical and familial investigations, in addition to educating clients about lawful and proper background and tenant screening methods. Ari is often asked to speak to local, statewide, and national organizations regarding a variety of investigative topics and techniques.
