Renowned and globally acclaimed spell caster Jan Windglows recently filed a civil lawsuit with Scott Chapman against Mary Prantil for slander.

TETONIA, ID, November 03, 2011 (Press-News.org) Respected and well-adored mystic, Jan Windglows, who has helped reunite lovers and help people for over 30 years, has been attacked online by Mary Prantil.

Mary Prantil has slandered Jan Windglows and her husband James Morgan, and their respected business for over five years. There are up to ten charges brought against Mary Prantil, to which some may evolve into federal charges and possible jail time. Mary Prantil has utilized services to falsely accuse Jan Windglows and James Morgan and their respected business with sites like Rip Off Report. A recent court date was issued, but Mary Prantil failed to make her appearance.

Mrs Prantil had her chance to show up to court in proving all the numerous statements and/or allegations that she's made against James and Jan over the five years but didn't take the opportunity to prove her statements in a court of law. Scott Chapman is the attorney representing James and Jan, and has posted a response on websites like Rip Off Report.

Scott Chapman is helping to remove multiple blogs and slanderous online material generated by Mary Prantil that was set out to slander and hurt James and Jan. So far fourteen or more sites and blogs have been deleted that were created by Mrs. Prantil over the last five years.
