Since assuming the operation of the store, new management has increased staffing levels of the store operations and revamped product portfolio. The staff has been trained and completely committed to quality and timely customer service. The new management has reviewed and revised all store payment and shipping policies. They streamlined back-office functions and are now able to respond to inquiries promptly. The new ownership is committed to making our customer's experience with us nothing less than excellent.
