The practice was founded in 2005 by Zviad Akhvlediani, an economist, lawyer and certified auditor. Originally established under the name Complex Inter Service, the firm adopted its current name in 2008.
According to a published league table, Akhvlediani today holds 14th place among auditing firms in Georgia. It addition to the founder/director, its senior management team includes three deputy directors.
The practice provides services in the fields of tax audit, financial audit, tax and business consulting, accounting and property appraisal.
