Florida Hand Center Sponsors Jingle Bell Run for Arthritis
Florida Hand Center is sponsoring the Jingle Bell Run for Arthritis. The 5k run/walk to benefit The Arthritis Foundation will take place December 2 at Laishley Park, 100 Nesbit Street, Punta Gorda, FL. Proceeds benefit the Arthritis Foundation.

Florida Hand Center, a specialized medical facility in Port Charlotte, Fl, focused on minimally invasive hand and arm treatment for arthritis and more, today announced it is a proud sponsor of this year's Jingle Bell Run in Punta Gorda. The 5k run/walk to benefit The Arthritis Foundation will take place December 2, 2011 at Laishley Park, 100 Nesbit Street, Punta Gorda, FL 33950. Proceeds benefit the Arthritis Foundation.Registration for the event starts at 5 p.m. , and participants can register on the day of the event. The run/walk begins at 7 p.m.
Participants are encouraged to wear costumes and/or tie jingle bells to their shoelaces for the 5K race.
Arthritis affects more than 50 million Americans, including 300,000 children, and is the leading cause of disability. Proceeds benefit the Arthritis Foundation and will go to kids summer camps in Florida for children suffering from arthritis.
