LOS ANGELES, CA, December 19, 2011 (Press-News.org) No time is a good one for IRS liens or wage garnishments, but the holidays are the worst time of all for such things. Jermal and Karen (Atlanta, GA) came to Blue Tax with a $28,000 debt for 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
