DALLAS, TX, December 21, 2011 (Press-News.org) Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP attorney Stephanie K. Gause has been honored with the 2011 Outstanding Director Award for the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Board of Directors.
Active with the organization since 2006, Gause was recently elected its secretary for 2012. She has served in a variety of leadership roles, including board liaison to the Young In-House Lawyers and Environmental Awareness Committees and co-chair of the Membership Committee. In the past year, she was instrumental in producing a transaction-focused CLE program that was among the organization's best attended transactional events and developing the group's new membership benefits policy.

Gause focuses her legal practice on real estate and corporate transactions, including commercial office and retail leasing, purchase and sale agreements, stock dispositions and asset sales and structured finance transactions. She also handles corporate and partnership formation, organizational and authority documents and represents borrowers and lenders in the negotiation and preparation of loan agreements, ancillary loan documents, security document and legal opinions.
Gause is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 2006) and the University of Texas at Austin (B.B.A., 2003). A member of the Research and Development Committee for The Real Estate Council, Gause is also active with the Dallas Museum of Art as a member of its Junior Associates program and with the Junior League of Dallas.
