CHARLOTTE, NC, December 22, 2011 (Press-News.org) Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, L.L.P. (CB&H), the premier public accounting firm in the Southeast (http://www.cbh.com), and Business North Carolina (http://www.businessnc.com), have announced the 2011 "NC Mid-Market FAST 40," a program to honor the growing number of middle-market companies headquartered in North Carolina that have achieved the greatest increase in revenue and employees over the past three years. To be selected, companies had to demonstrate sustained growth during the period, with an emphasis given to revenue growth - 75 percent - compared to 25 percent for employee growth.
This year, 32 companies met the criteria, and winners range from nonprofit organizations to both privately owned and publicly traded commercial entities. The 2011 NC Mid-Market FAST 40 companies are featured in a supplement to the December issue of Business North Carolina.
