Home Plate: Beef 'O' Brady's Slides into San Antonio with New Location, Rejuvenated Prototype

Family Sports Pub Features New Look, Same Great Food

2011-12-22
SAN ANTONIO, TX, December 22, 2011 (Press-News.org) After seasons of preparation, Beef 'O' Brady's will claim home court advantage in San Antonio, TX on December 19, 2011. But this isn't your dad's Beef 'O' Brady's - or even your older brother's for that matter. The new restaurant was built with Beef 'O' Brady's refreshed prototype in mind dubbed "Beef's 2.0."

The new San Antonio restaurant, located at 8910 Bandera Rd, features many new elements that can't be found at most Beef 'O' Brady's restaurants. Some of the changes include updated color schemes, a sports ticker displayed on a scrolling digital screen, a community board at the front door, a designated take-out area for diners on the go and much more. San Antonio residents have the opportunity to take a virtual walkthrough of the new prototype online.

In addition to the refreshed prototype, San Antonio residents should take a quick liking to the new restaurant because of its great food and the ties it will build with the community. Since the company's inception, each Beef 'O' Brady's has been committed to strengthening local ties through philanthropic partnerships and volunteerism.

"We're going to be the place where families, local sports groups and friends can come together and enjoy great food in a dynamic environment," said local owner, Jose Quintanilla. "There's a strong sense of excitement that's built into each Beef 'O' Brady's, and the energy at our new restaurant will be unmatched."

The Beef 'O' Brady's of San Antonio offers a re-engineered menu that features its famous wings, St. Louis-Style ribs with Sweet Baby Ray's barbeque sauce, grilled shrimp available as a main dish or as a salad, a build your own Angus burgers option, affordable mix-and-match dessert combinations and much more.

Ironically, despite what its name implies, Beef 'O' Brady's is best known for its Buffalo chicken wings. Originally, the chain's menu featured a variety of items that featured beef and a variety of sandwiches. Later, founder Jim Mellody added his own recipe for Buffalo chicken wings, making the restaurant an even "hotter" place to eat.

ABOUT BEEF 'O' BRADY'S
Beef 'O' Brady's is a national franchise of family sports pubs that achieves its success by building relationships with the local schools, youth sports leagues, and other community organizations in each and every Beef 'O' Brady's neighborhood market. The "kid appeal" of this unique concept is reinforced by a very moderately priced kids menu and video games. Ironically, despite what the name implies, Beef 'O' Brady's is actually best known for its Buffalo-style chicken wings. The company, headquartered in Tampa, Fla. has more than 210 locations in 21 states. Visit http://www.beefobradys.com for more information.
