Mercantile Capital Corporation Moves Into new Headquarters at Old Florida National Bank in Downtown Orlando

Mercantile Capital Corporation, one of the nation's largest and most active providers of U.S. SBA 504 loans for small business owners who want to acquire their own facilities, has relocated its corporate headquarters to downtown Orlando.

Mercantile Capital Corporation, which ranks as one of the nation's largest and most active providers of U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loans for small business owners who want to acquire or develop their own facilities, has relocated its corporate headquarters to the Old Florida National Bank building at 60 N. Court Ave. in downtown Orlando.

Christopher G. Hurn, president of Mercantile Capital Corporation, said the firm's new 9,000 square foot office is almost 23 percent larger than the former Altamonte Springs headquarters the firm opened eight years ago, and will allow for future expansion.

Since 2003, Mercantile Capital has closed 366 SBA 504 loans that financed projects valued at more than $732.9 million in 33 states, including Florida, as well as the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
