8 Week Community Fitness Challenge to Raise Thousands of Dollars for Boys and Girls Club San Francisco

The upcoming 8 week your best body challenge is a great way for people to get in shape, learn healthy eating habits, and best of all- raise money for the boys and girls club!

2011-12-23
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, December 23, 2011 (Press-News.org) Kristen Nolan, the owner of I Luv My Body Fitness Boot Camps and Personal Training is on a mission to change the shape of people everywhere and raise thousands of dollars for the Boys and Girls Club, San Francisco. Her "Your Best Body Challenge" could help hundreds of people transform their bodies in 8 weeks, free of charge while gathering donations for this incredible organization.

"The challenge kicks off on Saturday January 7th 2012. There's no cost to participate in the challenge," says Kristen "all we ask is that each person make a small, one-time $20 donation to The Boys and Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley. That's it."

Kristen's "Your Best Body Challenge" is part of the fitness and weight loss contest phenomenon started by the hit TV show, The Biggest Loser. "That show really focused the nation's attention on the benefits of participating in a contest, guided by professional fitness coaches, in terms of the motivation and accountability necessary for success," explains Kristen. "It's difficult to lose weight and get in shape on your own. Anyone who's tried and struggled knows that - and unfortunately, that's the majority."

At http://www.YourBestBodyChallenge2012.com, Kristen gives the details of the challenge and provides a complete 8-week Transformation Guide that can be downloaded instantly, containing instructions, questions and answers, rules and regulations, prizes awarded to winners and even a complete 8-week exercise and nutrition program.

"Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to participate," Kristen says. "We want to help as many people as we can, and this is the best way to do that. Last year we had over 100 people participate and raised enough money to provide thousands of meals for the SF Food Bank."

Many local businesses have agreed to sponsor the challenge by helping spread the word and provide the prizes awarded to the Your Best Body Grand Champion and two runners up. "It's definitely a San Francisco effort," says Kristen, "we couldn't do this without a lot of help and we're all very grateful to our sponsors for their generous donations."

Kristen Nolan is available for candid and informative interviews at 925.209.1482
