TORONTO, CANADA, January 09, 2012 (Press-News.org) The goal of the procedure is to reshape flat, square or A-Shaped bottoms for a more voluptuous, curvaceous and sensual backside.
During the surgery, Jugenburg takes fat from unwanted areas of the body, such as flanks, hips, or tummy, and strategically transfers this fat to the buttocks. The reshaping and sculpting techniques to the lower backside, can provide lift and a more voluptuous shape and contour. http://www.Torontosurgery.ca
The results are customized to the individual and cultural desires of each woman.

There are also cultural ideals of beauty, for example, the great interest in buttocks augmentation procedures before the current growing popularity in North America. Cultural aesthetics can vary, and it's important for surgeons to be aware of this, particularly since the number of procedures performed in the U.S. on patients from ethnically diverse backgrounds is increasing."
According to ASAPS.
"We live in one of the most ethnically diverse cities in the world so its imperative to have the skills and techniques to help each patient meet their cultural needs and aesthetic goals." Says Dr. Jugenburg.
It is now believed that exercise alone is not enough to re-shape the buttocks.
"Meticulous attention to minute detail is crucial to achieve beautiful outcomes in body contouring surgery", Dr. Jugenburg says,
Dr. Jugenburg calls it a 'Two-For-ONE' procedure, taking fat from unwanted areas and placing it where you want it. Using your own fat also provides a100% natural filler rather than using silicon implants. http://www.torontosurgery.ca/Toronto-Cosmetic-Surgery-Photo-Gallery.html
The transfer of fat is achieved by re-injection, which involves very small incisions that are only minimally noticeable. Fat transplantation enables customized augmentation. It does not involve implants, therefore is not susceptible to any of the risks associated with implants. The treatment takes two to three hours, including the liposuction. A few weeks recovery time is required for the fat to become healthy and viable. The procedure is sought by women of all ages and cultures/ethnic groups. Patients include body-builders, executives, and stay-at-home moms to swim suit models).
This cutting-edge procedure is currently offered by Dr. Jugenburg at his Toronto, Royal York Cosmetic Clinic in the Fairmont Royal York Hotel. "Having a clinic in a hotel is convenient for my patients who travel to Toronto to seek out my expertise." He explains.
Dr. Jugenburg is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who had additional training in micro-surgery. He has trained with some of New York City's best-known plastic surgeons. In addition to his cosmetic surgery practices, he also has reconstructive surgery privileges at the Humber River Regional Hospital. He performs a full range of cosmetic surgery procedures, with a particular emphasis on body contouring surgery. http://www.torontosurgery.ca/Toronto-Cosmetic-Surgery-Photo-Gallery.html
After graduating as a medical doctor from the University of Toronto, Dr. Jugenburg completed a post-graduate Plastic Surgery residency at the University of Manitoba. He was then selected from a pool of worldwide applicants to train at the internationally-renowned Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre in New York City. It was during his time in New York that he had the opportunity to work with some of the world's pre-eminent plastic surgeons. He has extensive experience in reconstructive surgeries required after extreme weight loss and in breast reconstruction following mastectomies or lumpectomies.

Tortoise species thought to be extinct still lives, genetic analysis reveals
2012-01-09
Dozens of giant tortoises of a species believed extinct for 150 years may still be living at a remote location in the Galápagos Islands, a genetic analysis conducted by Yale University researchers reveals.
The analysis, published Jan. 9 in the journal Current Biology, suggests that direct descendants of at least 38 purebred individuals of Chelonoidis elephantopus live on the volcanic slopes of the northern shore of Isabela Island — 200 miles from their ancestral home of Floreana Island, where they disappeared after being hunted by whalers.

'Extinct' for 150 years, an iconic Galápagos giant tortoise species lives
2012-01-09
Representatives of a giant tortoise species that had apparently been driven to extinction by humans more than 150 years ago must be alive today, if in very small numbers. Researchers reporting in the January 10 issue of Current Biology, a Cell Press publication, have come to this conclusion based on the "genetic footprints" of the long-lost species Chelonoidis elephantopus in the DNA of their hybrid sons and daughters.
"To our knowledge, this is the first report of the rediscovery of a species by way of tracking the genetic footprints left in the genomes of its hybrid ...
