LiveCoach Launches Strategic Initiative Management Services to Promote Job Creation & Growth for Private-Sector Clients

Leading professional services company announces new offering and approach with several partners to produce innovative solutions in critical business areas to corporate organizations in 30 global markets.

LiveCoach Professional Development LLC ("LiveCoach") announced today the expansion of the company's "Build Your Team" programs into a comprehensive set of Strategic Initiative Management Services ("SIMS").

"Due to the uncertain economic conditions caused by a variety of recent statutory regulations and labor-related issues, we feel that the timing is right for us to leverage the expertise of over 200 certified business coaches and corporate organizational development specialists within our company to provide guidance for our client's strategic initiatives", said Keith Knutter, LiveCoach's Chief Operating Officer. "This service expansion is driven by our long-term mission to help drive job creation and substantial economic growth for our private-sector clients."

The company is planning an aggressive promotional effort for the SIMS offering in the 4th Quarter, which will outline LiveCoach's ability to assist private-sector organizational clients to improve strategic focus areas, including; Business Development, Business Operations, Financial Management and Organizational Learning & Development

As an alternative to riskier "time-and-materials/billable hours" or "fixed-price" service delivery models, LiveCoach will offer SIMS clients an option for Performance-Based Compensation Model.

The Performance-Based Compensation Model means that clients only pay for LiveCoach solutions as results meet or exceed predetermined performance metrics.

"Private-sector clients across all industry sectors have much less tolerance for risk, but they still have strategic plans and initiatives to stabilize and grow their firms", Knutter said. "Our innovative approach to solution delivery absolutely minimizes, and in most cases completely eliminates, their risk while we focus on delivering tangible, positive results for them."

To support the approach, LiveCoach's team of certified business coaches and organizational architects will serve as Engagement Leaders and act as the primary point-of-contact for clients.


LiveCoach's SIMS delivery approach will be coordinated from the company's US headquarters in Chicago, Illinois and supported by locally-based staff in each of the 30 global markets where the company has established presence.

The company also plans to incorporate its teaming arrangement with MBO Partners and existing "Build Your Team" program partners such as RiseSmart and Elance to assist in sourcing additional resources on an as-needed basis within each market.
