RALEIGH, NC, January 25, 2012 (Press-News.org) John Bowen Walker has become a member of the Ragsdale Liggett law firm in the litigation department. Bo previously practiced at Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog in Raleigh. Mr. Walker's litigation practice includes construction law, products liability, premises liability, commercial litigation and insurance fraud.

About John Bowen Walker:
During his law career, Bo Walker has represented insurance companies and businesses of all sizes. These matters include representation of insurance companies in worker's compensation premium fraud, defense of contractors and landowners in a variety of alleged defect claims and actions involving allegations of product defects. He has represented insurers involving wrongful death claims and has defended a variety of businesses in liability issues.
Mr. Walker is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys and the Wake County Bar Association. He is a Youth Leader at Hayes Barton United Methodist Church.
Bo graduated from Wake Forest University and received his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law.
