CAPE CORAL, FL, January 25, 2012 (Press-News.org) The new EP from the Austin, TX-Denmark based pop/rock band will be available through iTunes, Amazon and all other major digital retailers and select independent record stores on January 24, 2012.
The SNAFU Kitties, fronted by Jessie England, have received high praise in early reviews of the EP.
"We are just so amazed how well the EP has been received so far," said England. "I think this is a record that can really attract and connect with people of all musical taste."
James Moore from Scope Magazine praised the band by stating, "How many pop bands do you know that have jazz-infused funk interludes in their tracks? Right from my first listen, it's evident to me that SNAFU Kitties aren't content to tow the line - they're a real band; pop/rock the way it should be."
The first single from the EP "After All" is currently being delivered and received by College radio.
"We really wanted to get the SNAFU Kitties EP in the hands of people who are on the pulse of new music; for me it's always been the College scene," said Rejean Germain, President of High Sonic Records. "We are really stoked about how well the EP has been received."
