WEST HARTFORD, CT, February 08, 2012 (Press-News.org) The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Zack Childress is announcing the CT REIA Monthly Meeting for real estate investors on February 13, 2012. This meeting will take place from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, located at 100 Berlin Road in Cromwell, CT.
At 5:45, attendees will discover CT REIA membership benefits at the New Members Workshop. At 6:00 there will be an Early Bird Workshop. At 6:30 there will be a speed networking and member property deals portion of the event. This is organized so that attendees get to meet the people they need to meet. At 7:15 Zack Childress will begin his presentation. Attendees of this seminar will learn: the 7 secrets to having a successful business in any market and in any market cycle; the power of outsourcing a business and doing it for pennies on the dollar; how to automate a business; how to start working on a business and not in it; how to use technology to find motivated sellers and buyers on the internet with no work; one tool that will pull all the REO properties at any discount from the bank's vault; new wholesaling strategies; and much more.
