Mr. Antonio Di Sousa, Chief Operating Officer for Focus Point Capital said, "I am very pleased to have Jesus Salgardo join our senior leadership team in the new position of Group Executive, Risk Management. Jesus is a high caliber executive with very strong financial and risk management experience in many areas of banking and financial services, both in Hungary and internationally".
Salgardo will Focus Point Capital's leadership team, reporting direct to Mr. Di Sousa. He will provide leadership in ensuring effective risk management and risk governance across the company and will also act as an advisor to the company's Board and Executive Management on risk management. Over his eighteen years of consulting, Salgardo has advised banks globally on risk, strategy and performance measurement. He will commence with the company during March 2012.
The new position of Group Executive, Risk Management has been established to ensure that the company continues to transform its risk practices to global best practice in such areas as operational, technology, compliance and market risks.
Over his eighteen years of consulting, Kiyoshi has advised financial institutions globally on risk, strategy and performance measurement.
