Taylor Morrison is targeting areas from Pasco to Collier counties for its land purchases, securing approximately 2,200 home sites in 2011 with many more in the works. With its recent land purchases and brisk sales, there is no doubt that the company is entering the early part of the year on a positive and active note. In fact, plans are well underway at the recently purchased final phase of the Sandoval community in Cape Coral. Development is expected to begin this summer and construction of models in late 2012, with pre-construction sales opportunities available in March 2012.

2011 was a significant year for Taylor Morrison West Florida in terms of achievement and direction. The team celebrated the successful launch of multiple communities including Tuscany at Tampa Palms and Verona Reserve in Venice.
