New Partnership Expands Property Management in Denver

Property management veteran Dan Meitus joins Unique Management Solutions, an affiliate company of Unique Properties.

DENVER, CO, March 01, 2012 (Press-News.org) Today Unique Properties, Denver's largest locally owned brokerage firm, announced a significant expansion of its property management services.

Unique Properties' founders Marc Lippitt and Scott Shwayder will expand Unique Management Solutions, LLC, with the addition of a new partner, Dan Meitus, formerly of Bartell Meitus Real Estate, LLC. The combined portfolio, with Meitus at the helm, manages 1.2 million square feet of office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties in Denver and the surrounding areas.

"With the recent sales and acquisitions among Denver's brokerage and property management firms, our clients were seeking a locally-owned company with a full suite of professional asset management services," said Marc Lippitt, principal of both Unique Properties and Unique Management Solutions. "Dan's experience and philosophy allow us to bring more value to our current clients and extend property management services to owners and landlords looking for a local partner and on-the-ground professional."

Lippitt and Shwayder first founded Unique Management Solutions in 2008 to provide property management services for Unique Properties' extensive list of clients. In early 2011, Meitus joined as managing partner of the company and manages day-to-day operations. Through the new partnership, the team will provide professional services for commercial and multi-family building owners beyond traditional brokerage sales and marketing services. These include property management, building maintenance and operations, construction/project management, asset management, energy efficiency consulting and building systems design.

Meitus grew the holdings of Bartell Meitus by 850 percent during his tenure, and sees great potential for his newest venture.
